Scope of work: New construction within a standardized footprint. Generally 1200-1800 SF units within multi-tenant existing developments. Our Client wanted to minimize costs with a standardized design we could duplicate from clinic to clinic. We have already used this plan for 4 clinics in the Austin and Houston markets. In lieu of architectural details, we used unique finishes and fixtures, and some whimsical art, to create an interesting environment for clients and staff.
